Professor Michael West, Senior Fellow at the King’s Fund, London and Professor of Organisational Psychology at Lancaster University Management School in the UK is sharing his insight on this enormously relevant topic. Professor West is internationally recognised for his work on leadership and culture in organisations and, importantly, developing effective and innovative health care organisations. He is also associated with the faculty for the Darzi Fellows in London.
Dr. Norman Swan, known for his work in TV journalism and, most recently, through the ABC radio program The Health Report, will be moderating this intimate conversation.
